Aaron Thomas
Aaron Thomas is a proud alumnus of the ‘Pack!He graduated from NC State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.He’s currently a TV reporter at WRAL News here in Raleigh, where he earned two Emmy nominations for his breaking news coverage. You can catch him on-air every weeknight.Aaron’s broadcasting career has taken him to other locations around the country, including State College, Pennsylvania and Richmond, Virginia.If you spent time in Carter-Finley Stadium this past football season, you may have heard his voice during pre-game and halftime – Aaron proudly served as Voice Announcer for NC State’s Marching Band.The marching band is an organization Aaron is proud to have been a part of during his four years on campus. He even served as drum major during his junior and senior years.Aaron takes pride in mentoring communication students, especially those right here at home.

Jeff gravely
Jeff is a 1985 graduate of NC State with a degree in Speech Communication. Jeff has spent 34 years working in local TV sports, 31 of which working at WRAL. Throughout his career, Jeff has worked as a photographer, reporter and anchor. In 2020, Jeff joined NC State as Director of Content Strategy, a role which includes generating video content to help tell the stories of NC State Athletics. Jeff also appears on various radio platforms for the university, and writes for GoPack.com.

Kelly propst
Kelly is a seasoned, award-winning PR pro that oversees business development and marketing efforts for the agency, as well as strategic media relations programming, including media tours, thought leadership campaigns, grassroots initiatives, cause marketing and influencer engagement strategies for clients in consumer, energy, retail and technology industries. Since joining Largemouth in 2006, Kelly has spearheaded the firm’s evolution beyond its foundational roots in business-to-business PR into one of the mid-Atlantic’s most respected PR firms for consumer media relations. She has developed programming for a wide range of brands, including Dollar Tree, Eaton, Google Glass, Hooters, Kangaroo Express, Little Caesars, LORD Corporation, Subway and Verizon Wireless. Kelly regularly contributes as an advisor in social media best practices and content strategies for Largemouth PR clients. Prior to joining Largemouth, Kelly worked in the public relations divisions of Maverick Marketing and Rockett, Burkhead & Winslow. North Carolina State University is her alma mater, receiving a bachelor's degree in communication with a public relations concentration and minors in journalism and psychology. Kelly is actively involved in the Raleigh Public Relations Society after spending more than a decade serving on the board, most recently as an at-large member following her years serving as president. She enjoys spending time with her husband and young son, and learning about the world and different cultures through culinary experiences.

Gabrielle Smith-Barrett
I'm a graduate of North Carolina State University and Wake Technical Community College. I've worked multiple jobs, mainly throughout my years in school, giving me the opportunity to make my way into the career field that I thrive in. I’m passionate about building relationships and guiding individuals on their leadership development journey within organizations, businesses, schools, and more.

Federico Planchon
Experienced multimedia creator skilled in Adobe Creative Suites, social media analytics, strategic tactics and content production. Strong arts and design professional with a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Communication and Media Studies from North Carolina State University. 2 years of experience designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating marketing and communication campaigns. Pursuing a Master of Science degree in Communication from North Carolina State University.
